Will there be...?
Some of my family is handicapped and also very prone to getting too hot (getting sick and such). I was wondering, will there be a place to possibly set up an Easy-Up? I know there will be places with shade provided, but being that several members of my family are in wheelchairs and it's going to be hot, I doubt they will be able to get under the provided shade. Thanks!

I would like to think we can accommodate them, but I am not certain.Let me do some research into where we could place the easy up for them to use and not conflict with anyone. Thanks for asking though we would love to have them there.

I apologize, my only phone is my mobile phone from work, and unfortunately, they monitor it heavily. If it would be ok, I do have Windows Messenger; or I can take the chance and use my phone. lol
You are more then welcome to discuss it right here we don't have anything to hide I just thought it would be quicker and easier to call. Not a problem.
What I am having to wait for is to be sure of grandstand location before I tell you were you will be able to set up. I am thinking more then likely we will be able to set you up on one end or the other whichever has more room and wont restrict anyone's view.So if we can plan it kind of loose until the grandstands are up then we will have a better firm idea of where you can be, sound OK??

That would be great. Of course, ideally we would like to be at the starting line if at all possible.
So would everyone.........
We will do what we can as Jack always likes to say...........
