There are usually weekly meetings as the event gets closer as well as rotating meetings and the big final meeting where you get your volunteer "credentials".

Next meeting is June 22nd 6 pm at the Grace Lutheran Church on Harrison.
As of July our meeting schedule will go to two per month they will be on the second and fourth Monday of the Month.
We now have Stan Kepler in charge of coordinating our Volunteers. Stan will be the contact for all volunteers he can be reached at (928) 897-2686.

Next Meeting is the 22nd of June at 6pm at the Grace Lutheran Church on Harrison sure hope to see you all there.

Hi Brian, can't reach you via telephone or email. My son is a dee jay for all the classic car shows in Santa Cruz, CA. has all the cool tunes, oldies and current stuff, and all his own equipment. Anyway, for 15 yrs he helped me put on Nostalgia Night at the Skyview Drive In. He is interested in dee jaying for the street drags, and he'll drive down here if I pay for all his gas expenses. He's really good, been doing it for years. I thought it might be fun to have him on Saturday night before the live concert, to get people dancing in the street early on? I think what you are doing is fantastic, and with a goal of putting in a drag strip, maybe on Rt. 66? that is GREAT. Please get ahold of me if you are interested in my son helping out with the music. He is excited about your event (so am I).I told him how much fun it is and I'm excited about the classic car show and dance on Sat.night. I'll check this website for a reply. I'm in Lake Havasu or I'd come to all your meetings. racegal

I sure hope we can get our volunteer participation up really soon. This is the very important part that makes this event work.The next meeting is on Monday the 20th of July at 6pm at the Grace Lutheran Church on Harrison.
